Are your pens refillable?

All our fountain pens use standard international cartridges or converters. Ballpoint pens either use proprietary refills (clearly marked) or standard refills - check individual product descriptions.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Personalized items are final sale. Please see our Returns Policy for complete details.

Do your products come with warranties?

All premium pens come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. Warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or nib adjustments after initial use.
